1. Safe & Secure Packaging

Each gemstone is packed with great care. Every piece is bubble wrapped and placed between protective thermocol sheets to prevent any damage during transit. We take every precaution to ensure your quartz arrives in perfect condition.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
All shipments are dispatched through our trusted courier partners — Shiprocket, UPS, FedEx, and EMS.

3. Shipping Options

• Express Shipping (UPS & FedEx): Estimated delivery within 5–10 business days.
  
• Standard Shipping (Shiprocket & EMS): Estimated delivery within 15–30 business days.
